Does the price include delivery and setup?

  • Yes, we offer free delivery to surrounding cities of Riverside (Colton, Corona, Fontana, Rialto, Moreno Valley, Redlands). Delivery fees apply for all other areas. You can contact us upon booking for a delivery fee!

When do you set up and pick up?

  • We set up the morning of your event between 7 - 11am. In the case you need a special delivery time, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • We pickup same-day after your event ends between 9:30 - 11:30pm. This allows us time to clean and prepare the rental for the following day’s event. Pickups requested after 10pm will incur an additional charge of $50.


What form of payment do you accept?

  • We accept credit and debit cards as well as cash. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our delivery crew does not carry cash. 

  • Payment in full is due at the time of your rental delivery.


Do you require a deposit? 

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book a bounce house. The deposit is applied towards the total of your rental. 

  • If you need to reschedule your event due to bad weather conditions, we will hold your deposit and you can reschedule for any future available date.

What happens if the weather turns bad?

  • For safety reasons, we can not set up bounce houses in bad weather and high winds. There is the risk that they will sustain damage or blow over. Let’s get Bouncin’ will monitor the weather prior to the event date. 

  • One of the greatest dangers when using inflatables is wind. A strong gust of wind can pull the stakes anchoring a bounce house or slide out of the ground and send it flying through the air with people on it. Inflatables must be deflated when winds reach 15 mph. No exceptions.

  • If the weather unexpectedly turns bad during the event, please unplug the blower to deflate the bounce house.


Are the bounce houses cleaned?

  • Yes! We take excellent care of our bounce houses and will always wash, sanitize, and dry immediately after each use.


What surfaces can accommodate the bounce houses?

  • A flat level surface is needed. We can set up on grass, asphalt, driveway, indoors, and other. Sorry, we cannot under any circumstances set up on incline, rocks, or gravel.


Are bounce houses safe?

  • While we value the smiles on our bouncing guests’ faces most. We also know that safety is a priority. We’ve got that covered! We ask for waivers to be signed before bouncing begins, and don’t worry, we’re insured! Adult supervision is ALWAYS required.


Do I need to provide power?

  • Most events have a power source that we can plug into to power the blower for the bounce house. But if you do need power, it is the responsibility of the client to make sure there is a power source for the blower.
